Work with me.

PRIVATE ADVISORY

I work one-on-one with founders, executives, public figures, and the occasional person whose situation is complex enough to find its way to me.

Three formats, depending on what you need:

• The Single Session. 75–90 minutes, laser-focused on a specific issue — a decision you're wrestling with, a relationship you need to navigate, a pattern you're ready to break. You'll leave with clarity you didn't walk in with.

• The Full Day. We spend the entire day together, morning through evening. Every moment is part of the container. This is for the situation that needs depth, sustained attention, and room to move — not a quick fix but a real shift. Format is in-person or intensive virtual.

• The Three-Month Container. One session per week for twelve weeks, with access to me between sessions for light touchpoints. We go deep into what's driving the patterns, the conflicts, the stuckness — and you emerge with things ending up being very, very different.

The first step is a conversation. I offer a no-charge 30-minute introductory call — no cost, no agenda, no pitch. We just drop in and talk about what you're dealing with, I’ll ask some questions, and we both get a feel for whether working together makes sense. Most people know within the first ten minutes.

FACILITATION & GROUP WORK

I facilitate high-stakes conversations, leadership offsites, and group processes for teams and organizations.

This isn't team-building in the trust-fall sense. This is the work of getting a group of people to actually tell each other the truth — about the strategy, about the dynamics, about the things everyone can feel but nobody's saying — and then helping them do something productive with what comes up.

Formats range from a focused half-day session to a weekend offsite to a multi-month engagement embedded with your leadership team. The scope depends on what you're dealing with and how deep you want to go.

If your team has a conflict nobody's addressing, a culture that's quietly eroding, or a dynamic that's costing you talent and momentum — let's talk.

RELATIONAL INTELLIGENCE TRAINING

A 12-week live cohort training in the six core competencies of Relational Intelligence:

• Regulate. Learn to manage your own nervous system under pressure — so you stop reacting and start responding.

• Deconstruct. Take apart the beliefs, assumptions, and inherited patterns that are running your relationships on autopilot.

• Radical Responsibility. Stop outsourcing your experience to other people's behavior. Own your side completely.

• Read the Room. Develop the perceptual skill to see what's actually happening between people — not just what's being said.

• Stress Test. Practice staying connected and skillful when the stakes go up, the emotions spike, and the old patterns want to take over.

• Lead with Attuned Feedback. Learn to say the hard thing in a way that actually lands — without damaging the relationship or retreating into silence.

Small groups. Live sessions. Real practice with real people. This is not a lecture series — it's a training environment where you build the skill by doing the reps, in the company of other ambitious humans who are doing the same work.

THE MASTERCOURSE

Six in-depth video lectures covering the complete relational intelligence framework — the same six competencies taught in the live training, delivered at your own pace, on your own time.

This is for the self-directed learner who wants the conceptual architecture before committing to the live experience. Each lecture breaks down one competency in depth: what it is, why it matters, how to practice it, and where most people get stuck.
